The Legacy Group consists of the husband & wife team of Gar and Penney Schoener. We grew up in the world of Real Estate as both of our mothers were agents for Weichert Realtors. In fact, for a time they worked together in the same Morristown office we now call home. From our parents we have learned the value of customer service, integrity and professionalism. Individually we are as different as night and day. Gar, having worked on the commodities exchange for over 30 years, is focused & detail oriented. Penney has developed her creativity and ability to problem solve after being a stay-at-home mom for 20 years. As a team, we use our differences to our advantage; balancing out and enhancing our strengths and weaknesses. Together we're able to cover all of the bases and find "outside the box" solutions. Our goal in real estate is to respect and honor our parents' legacies by serving our clients with honesty, loyalty and a lot of TLC.
